Deucalion

The world does its best to make its treasures invisible. We teach the untrained eye.

I’m writing a guide for people who love history but feel that every vacation is just a little less exciting than the last. Torino was the first capital of Italy, the city where aperitivo was invented, and the site of some of the most gorgeous baroque palaces on the face of the earth. My guidebook walks you through Torino by era and tells you why each sight matters as part of an organic whole. I build itineraries of various sizes based on the book. If you think this would inspire a traveller you know: one who wants to taste, touch, and smell heritage, not just see and hear it, I would love to hear from you.
